Bed and Breakfast
Rosevanion is a large Victorian
House, with light spacious comfortable rooms, which have tea
and coffee making facilities, and colour T.V. One room has
en-suite facilities and a very large bed and the other has a shower
and basin in the room with private toilet which also contains a
shower and basin, giving you the use of two showers, and a king size bed.
There are lovely views to the
rear of the house that take in the estuary and surrounding
countryside which you will be able to enjoy at breakfast |

The Self -Contained Apartment
The self-contained apartment is
very spacious with two bedrooms, one double and one twin with an
ajoining shower room, which has a double size shower, toilet and
basin, it has an entrance from both rooms. There is a
comfortable sitting room and large kitchen diner with glimpses of the
estuary, from the kitchen a door leads to the walled garden
which has views of the surrounding countryside. There is a bus stop
just a few yards from the apartment and the Newquay airport is
20minutes drive away. Shopping in the small but well stocked
Tesco supermarket is walking distance and the camel trail where you
can hire bikes or walk, is just down the road. There is
also parking right outside available. |

About Padstow
The pictures to your left show
the pretty harbour surrounded by shops, restaurants and pubs, the
view across the estuary to rock which can be reached by a short trip
on the ferry, and a picture of Tregirls beach which looks out
to the mouth of the estuary, this is just one of the many beautiful
beaches which can be easily reached from Padstow.
The old railway track now called
the camel trail which you can walk or cycle is down the hill from
Rosevanion just 3 minutes walk, and there are lots of lovely coastal
walks and country walks all within easy distance. The harbour
is just 8 minutes walk away where you will find many shops, pubs and
restaurants, not forgetting Rick Steins Sea food Restaurant, Bistro,
cafe or new fish and chip shop,
and Rick Steins Cookery School
is just down the road.
Jamie Olivers new restaurant, 15,
at Watergate Bay is just 15minutes along the beautiful coastal road
which runs from Padstow to Newquay.
Padstow is an ideal spot from
which to explore the whole of Cornwall Landsend is about 1hour 20
minutes, the Eden Project is about 45 minutes, not to mention all the
lovely beaches that are just 5-10 minutes from Padstow.
